This portrait was commissioned as a Christmas present for a young child’s room.  After planning out the drawing it was painted in acrylic using bright block colours in an animated style and the animals in the foreground were outlined to give perspective to the scene.  The client requested a further animal to be added at the end, so a sleeping leopard was over-painted along the tree branch.
